Update: it looks like this problem is inconsistent: some people can access the site just fine, but others are getting “connection refused.”
If you’re getting “connection refused,” and you formerly could use CVS against Tigris, please contact feedback@tigris.org to help us debug this. Thanks.
Looks like this was a false alarm: all known troubled cases seem to be client-side issues (can’t use CVS against any server, anywhere).
We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.
